PURPOSE AND TERM

By means of the registration forms on the website, data is gathered that will be stored in a file for the exclusive purpose of managing the service requested, and for the mailing of newsletters, if you are subscribed, which will always be related to the activity of the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao.

In the case that you provide your data by means of an e-mail message, the e-mail will form part of a file whose purpose is the management of the request or comment that you make to us, and the content of the previous paragraph will be equally applicable.

In the case that the services are not renewed, the Museo de Bellas Artes de Bilbao will retain your data in order to send information related to our sector that we believe will be of interest to you. In the case of the Friends of the Museum programme, your data will be retained for possible reincorporation into the programme.
