Gonzalo Chillida

Organised by the Cervantes Institute, Acci Cultural Española (AC/E), Etxepare Euskal Institutua and the Bilbao Fine Arts Museum, the exhibition assembles a representative set of works from the painter's oeuvre: 34 paintings, 10 lithographs and around 180 photographs and photocollages, which were chosen by Alicia Chillida, an art historian and independent curator and the artist's daughter. The works come from the family and other private and public collections and encompass an extensive timeframe spanning from 1950 until 2007.
